Yes. You must book online in advance.
Sort of, but not really. You will be in a room with a locked door. However, if you need to leave the room, you may do so at any time.
All rooms are Private. It will only be your reserved party. No other party can book in with you.
Once the minimum requirement for your room is met [EITHER 2 OR 3 PLAYERS] the room is entirely yours and will be a private experience.
Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your booking time. Your escape room game will begin exactly at your booking times. If you are late, it may cause you to have less than the sixty minutes to complete the game.
The recommended age limit is for 16 and up. Younger players are permitted, but the game will more than likely be too difficult for them. All players ages 15 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult.
No refunds. However, if you call at least 24 hours in advance (before your scheduled game time) we can reschedule your game.
